About the role
We are looking for a sharp, self-driven Business Development Executive to open doors at mid-market and enterprise product companies. You will be the first point of contact for CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and technical decision-makers who need high-quality software delivery without the overhead of scaling an in-house team.
What you'll do
- Identify and engage CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and technical leadership at B2B product companies in the US and UAE
- Build and manage a structured outreach pipeline using LinkedIn, email, and industry events
- Qualify leads through consultative discovery calls and hand off warm opportunities to the leadership team
- Represent TelSource Labs at virtual and in-person industry events, meetups, and conferences
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, case studies, and outreach collateral
- Track and report pipeline metrics using CRM tools
What we're looking for
- 2-8 years of experience in BD or sales within IT services, software consulting, or SaaS
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience using LinkedIn as a primary outreach and relationship-building tool
- Familiarity with selling technical services to product-led companies
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and hit targets without micromanagement
Nice to have
- Existing network of contacts in the US or UAE tech ecosystem
- Previous experience selling AI, cloud, or digital transformation services
- Comfort with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce
