Senior AI-Augmented Software Engineer

About the role

We are hiring senior software engineers who are fluent in AI-augmented development. This is not a research role. You will ship production software for US and Middle East clients across fintech, HR tech, healthcare, and B2B SaaS. You will use AI tools daily to accelerate delivery while your experience ensures the output meets enterprise-grade standards.

What you'll do

• Architect, build, and ship full-stack applications using Java/Spring Boot, React/Next.js, or Python/FastAPI
• Use AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) throughout the development lifecycle to compress delivery timelines
• Participate in 48-hour scoping sessions to define fixed-price project estimates
• Own end-to-end delivery from architecture through deployment and post-launch support
• Write clean, tested, well-documented code that other engineers can maintain
• Collaborate directly with clients to clarify requirements and communicate progress

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in at least one primary stack: Java/Spring Boot, React/Next.js, or Python
• Demonstrated experience with AI coding assistants in production workflows
• Ability to architect systems that are scalable, maintainable, and secure
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and containerisation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to have

• Experience building AI/ML features (RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, AI agents)
• Familiarity with fixed-price delivery models or consulting environments
• Contributions to open-source projects or technical writing
